+ I work on a first come, first serve basis, if there is a need to rush a piece please contact me for additional costs.
+ Working time is 2-4 weeks, maybe longer depending on medium, work load & commission type, I will give you an estimated work time when we finalise an idea.
+ PLEASE Do NOT send payment until I accept a commission or say it is okay to do so.

+ There will be a 30% (non refundable) deposit required upon acceptance of the commission or payment in full depending on commissioners preference.

+ All Payments are in GBP & will be invoiced via PayPal unless otherwise agreed upon.

+ I will not start working on a piece until I receive the payment. If payment is not received within 3 days of concept finalisation, I will take that as a cancellation unless otherwise agreed upon.

+ I have a right to: deny/reject any commissions & publish my commission works on my website or another site.

+ I tend to stream my work live on Twitch, if this project is private (such as a gift/birthday present) or you would rather not have it streamed please let me know, if you do not mention this I will take it as consent to do so. Also please note any commissioned work that does not fit with Twitch ToS will not be streamed.

+ Please do not use my Twitch channel Tips tab for commission payments, Thank You.

+ As a commissioner: You have the right to not let me stream/publish your commision (as above), you may also publish work on your site as long as the work is credited to me, this is not a commercial license to use my work (merchandise/promotion etc) unless otherwise agreed.
+ Please do not claim the commission work as your own, even though you are the commissioner.

+ While I will happily work from references I do commissions in my own art style, please do ask me to do otherwise.
+ Please note while I am happy to make small changes to work during the creation process any large changes or the need to start over will incur addition costs.

+ PLEASE REMEMBER TO SAVE YOUR COMMISSIONS! I will only keep any digital copies of your piece for a few months. 

+ In the case of physical paintings, some work I may wish to make prints of, I will always ask you before doing so.

+ Please note that I reserve the right to update and/or amend these T&C's at any given time without further notice.
